Hi, I'm Kerstin Athy, a pre-licensed therapist. I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults (ages 13+) who may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, or simply trying to better understand themselves. 

 

I know that reaching out for support can feel intimidating, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, accepted, and heard. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, so I place a high value on building trust, connection, and rapport with each client. I hope that therapy feels like a place where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgement. 

 

My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a client-centered perspective. I believe that every person has their own unique story, strengths, and goals, which is why I tailor therapy to meet you where you are rather than expecting you to fit into a specific mold. Whether you are facing a difficult season or looking to grow and better understand yourself, I am here to walk alongside you with support, encouragement, and compassion every step of the way.
